Had excellent stay by 2 nights, the staff were amiable, location was magnificent close to everything. Location: the hotel was short walk to the bus station, the garden, and the main square. Found Idilio Folklore Cervecero with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

The breakfast choices like coffee, toast, and bread are a great addition, with remarkably friendly staff, including the owner.

I stayed here for 2 nights and I would definitely come back. It was a great spot to explore around. the location was awesome, close to some cool Mexican folk art and other attractions.

I stayed at New Friends Hostel for 3 nights during my solo trip through Mexico. The hostel is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the bus station and a big supermarket. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with each bunk having its own curtain, power socket, lights, and ensuite bathroom. The A/C provided a much-needed respite from the heat outside. The staff, including Felix, Carlos, and Abisai, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even organize activities every night to encourage interaction among guests. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hostel.

New Friends exceeded our expectations in every way. the cleanliness of the hostel was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and at ease. the private room we stayed in was cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. But what truly stood out was the warm welcome we received from Felix and his family. They treated everyone with such kindness and generosity, ensuring that we felt safe and happy throughout our stay. the level of care and attention to detail was truly remarkable. We are confident that even as they expand, they will continue to provide the same exceptional experience. the quality and price cannot be beaten!

The location of the hostel was great, just a few blocks from the bus station and a short walk to the central plaza and supermarkets. The beds in the dorm rooms were comfortable and spacious, with individual lights and curtains for privacy. I also appreciated the free water available all day.

There were several negative aspects to my stay. First, the hostel was undergoing construction on an additional floor, which made it extremely noisy and difficult to relax or take a nap during the day.
